terms & conditions
Please ensure you read our Terms & Conditions prior to booking your appointment at Hannah Spence Aesthetics.

new clients
We require all clients who are new to the clinic, or have not had a treatment with us, to book consultation prior to any appointment. This is to ensure we can review your medical history and ensure that the treatment you wish to have is right for you.
deposits
All appointments require a non-refundable booking deposit. The booking deposit amount depends on which treatment you choose and will be stated at the time of booking. All deposits are non-refundable.

If you book via message (e-mail, Instagram or Facebook), your appointment is not confirmed until we have received your deposit. You will have 24 hours to pay your deposit via a payment link. If we do not receive your deposit within this time, your appointment will be cancelled automatically.
cancellation & rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their appointment once, provided the request is made within 7 days of the original booking date, either via the appointment confirmation email or by emailing us directly.
If you are unable to make your appointment within 7 days but before 48 hours of your appointment, please get in touch via email. Your booking deposit will be retained to help cover the short-notice space and a new deposit will be required.

If your appointment is cancelled, rescheduled within 48 hours, or you do not attend, the full cost of treatment, minus the booking deposit will be due. A new appointment cannot be booked until appointment payment has been received.

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, however our policy is in place to keep things fair for all clients, prevent lost clinic time, and protect the appointment we reserve specifically for you. It also allows us to offer any last-minute availability to those waiting, ensuring everyone has the best opportunity to book with us.​
refunds
​
All appointments are non-refundable. In the instance of pregnancy, your booking deposit can be transferred to a new appointment within 18 months.
late arrivals
​
The clinic is often booked months in advance and we run on a very strict appointment schedule. We are therefore unable to accommodate late arrivals. In these instances, your treatment time may be reduced or you may be asked to rebook a new appointment. If you are asked to rebook, our cancellation and reschedule terms of the policy will apply and the full cost of treatment will be due.
allergies

Please inform us of any known allergies when booking your appointment and on the consultation form. If you are unsure if the treatment is suitable due to an allergy, please contact us via email before booking.

Please note, if you have a bee sting allergy, you will be unable to have filler treatments.
medications
​
If you have an appointment booked and have since been prescribed new medication, please let us know as soon as possible, and at least 48 hours before your appointment, as it may require your appointment to be rescheduled.
​
There are some treatments that cannot be carried out with certain medications, such as antibiotics. If you turn up to your appointment without disclosing in advance, we may not be able to carry out your treatment and our cancellation and reschedule terms of the policy will apply and the full cost of treatment will be due.
botox reviews
​
If you have booked a Botox appointment, please ensure you book your 2-week Botox review for 2-4 weeks after your initial appointment. This is available to do free of charge by following the 'Botox Review' option on the booking system.
As the clinic is often booked months in advance, please book this at the same time as your initial appointment. We are unable to carry out Botox reviews after this time window has passed. Our cancellation and rescheduling terms of this policy does not apply to Botox Reviews. Therefore, if you are unable to attend or miss your scheduled Botox Review appointment, there will be a charge of £50 for a new appointment.
profhilo
​
Profhilo is two-stage treatment, with the sessions carried out 4 weeks apart. If you are booking in a single treatment on the booking system, you must ensure you book your second appointment at the same time as your initial appointment. As the clinic is often booked months in advance, it is unlikely you will be able to secure an appointment for your second treatment.
polynucleotides
​
Polynucleotides are a two-stage treatment, with the sessions carried out 4 weeks apart. If you are booking in a single treatment on the booking system, you must ensure you book your second appointment at the same time as your initial appointment. As the clinic is often booked months in advance, it is unlikely you will be able to secure an appointment for your second treatment.
seventy hyal
​
Seventy Hyal is a three-stage initial treatment, with the sessions carried out 4 weeks apart. If you are booking in a single treatment on the booking system, you must ensure you book your second, and we recommend your third appointment at the same time as your initial appointment. As the clinic is often booked months in advance, it is unlikely you will be able to secure an appointment for your second treatment.
children & guests
​
For insurance reasons, children are not allowed in the clinic under any circumstances. If you arrive with children, we will be unable to carry out your treatment and the full cost of your treatment will be due.

Whilst we do have a seating area, please try to come to your appointment alone. Guests are not allowed in the treatment room at the time of your appointment.
pets
​
Due to Health & Safety and for insurance reasons, pets are not allowed in the clinic.
treatment disclaimer
​
We always strive to work with you to achieve the best desired result. However, client results may vary and specific results are not guaranteed. This varies according to biological make up, diet and lifestyle. Please also note we may recommend a change in your treatment programme during your course of treatments to meet your individual needs. You will be sent aftercare information immediately after your appointment, for best results please ensure you follow this advice carefully.
gift vouchers
​
Gift vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are valid for 12 months. When booking your appointment, please state the voucher number and bring your gift voucher to your appointment. We are not liable for lost gift vouchers and cannot accept expired gift vouchers.
complaints policy

Complaints must be made by e-mail to hannahspenceaesthetics@gmail.com
We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days. Please note, we are not able to discuss a complaint with anyone other than the client who has received treatment in the clinic due to Data Protection.
