Our founder, Hannah Spence, began her career in healthcare as an Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) after graduating from the University of East Anglia in 2016. She gained extensive experience in both NHS and private practices, supporting patients throughout their surgical journeys and advancing to the role of Surgical First Assistant. It was during this time, working alongside some of the UK’s top plastic surgeons, that Hannah discovered her passion for aesthetics.

Determined to turn this passion into a thriving career, Hannah trained at the renowned Derma Institute, completing both foundation and advanced Botox and filler courses. In 2021, Hannah Spence Aesthetics was born!

 

Her dedication to growth led her to attend masterclasses, immerse herself in research, and join leading teaching forums. She also achieved her Level 5 Diploma in Aesthetics while running a busy clinic and continuing her work as an ODP. Currently, she is in the final stages of completing her Level 7 Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine—a testament to her unwavering commitment to excellence.

2024 has been an exciting year for Hannah Spence Aesthetics,, we've expanded our team and opened our dream clinic in the heart of Hannah's hometown.
