about Hannah
Hannah’s journey into aesthetics began with a solid foundation in healthcare. After graduating from the University of East Anglia in 2016, she worked as an Operating Department Practitioner (ODP), gaining invaluable experience in both NHS and private practices. Supporting patients through their surgical journeys and advancing to the role of Surgical First Assistant, she had the privilege of working alongside some of the UK’s top plastic surgeons. It was during this time that her passion for aesthetics truly began.
Eager to turn her passion into a career, Hannah trained at the prestigious Derma Institute, mastering both foundation and advanced Botox and filler techniques. In 2021, Hannah Spence Aesthetics was born!
Since then, Hannah has fully embraced her love for learning, attending masterclasses, diving into research, and engaging with leading teaching forums. She earned her Level 5 Diploma in Aesthetics while managing a busy clinic and continuing her work as an ODP.
Now in the final stages of completing her Level 7 Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine, Hannah remains dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care and expertise to her clients.
about Danielle
With 13 years of professional facial experience and a background working with A-list clients and luxury brands in London, Danielle brings advanced expertise and treatments delivered to HSA in ways not currently available anywhere in Norfolk.
Danielle isn’t just skilled, with wealth of advanced experience in skin and holistic treatments. She has something more. Her calm, grounded aura truly sets her apart and she has a rare ability to hold space - the kind of energy that makes you exhale the moment you step into the room.
She’s healing, intuitive, and genuinely present. Everything HSA stands for, and everything the industry needs more of.
Danielle offers treatments that are not only results-driven, but also deeply restorative and game-changing for your skin, and for your nervous system.
about Carolyn
Carolyn aka Purple is the friendly face that greets you when you arrive at HSA. Calm, organised, and naturally people-focused, Carolyn brings a thoughtful and supportive approach to everything she does, and if you think you recognise her, you have as she regularly features on the HSA Instagram page.
Aside from highlighting on social media, she brings a wealth of experience in administration and project management, with a career spanning education, public health, and community work.
Alongside her professional experience, Carolyn has been deeply involved in her local community, taking on leadership roles including Chairman of her local playgroup and supporting fundraising and events as part of the Friends of the Primary School committee.
As well as being our glam receptionist, Purple is a HR Administrator at Hewett School, where she manages personnel processes and provided day-to-day staff support.
about Emma
Emma is the least seen member of Team HSA, but a name every client will recognise. Working quietly behind the scenes, she is the one responding to your appointment requests, emails, and queries, while keeping the clinic running seamlessly day-to-day. From managing stock orders to overseeing admin and ensuring everything stays on track, Emma plays a vital role in the HSA experience.
Alongside her role within HSA, Emma works as an Executive Assistant and brings with her a wealth of experience from large corporate organisations, including the NHS and Lotus Cars.
Highly organised, proactive, and always one step ahead, Emma ensures that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly, allowing the HSA team to focus on delivering the very best care to our clients.
