Please ensure you read our Terms and Conditions carefully prior to booking your appointment at Hannah Spence Aesthetics

 
​DEPOSITS

​

All appointments require a non-refundable booking fee, the booking fee amount depends on which treatment you choose and will be stated at the time of booking

 

If you book via message (Instagram, Facebook, text), your appointment is not confirmed until we have received your deposit. You will have 24 hours to pay your deposit, if no deposit is paid your appointment will be cancelled automatically by the system

 

Appointments can only be rescheduled once and require at least 48 hours notice. If you are required to be rescheduled more than once, you will forfeit your booking fee. Deposits cannot be transferred to a different treatment type, you can only reschedule your appointment to the same treatment you originally booked. I.e. a Botox appointment cannot be switched to a filler appointment

 

We advise patients who are unsure or new to any treatments to have a consultation first so that we can review the medical history and ensure that the treatment you wish to have is the right for you

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE OF APPOINTMENTS

​

Hannah Spence Aesthetics operates a 48 hour rescheduling policy. If you wish to rearrange your appointment, we kindly ask you to give us a minimum of 48 hours notice. Requests less than 48 hours of your appointment will mean you forfeit your booking fee

 

Appointments can only be rescheduled once, if you are required to be rescheduled more than once, you will forfeit your booking fee

 

Should you need to reschedule your appointment, you can do so using your confirmation email or by clicking here

 

Bookings can be cancelled completely with at least 48 hours notice. Your deposit remains non-refundable

 

Should you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or are a no show, our cancellation policy will apply which means the full appointment cost will be required to be paid to Hannah Spence Aesthetics, you will not be able to book in with the clinic again until this is cleared in full

​

 

REFUNDS

​

All services are non-refundable. In the instance of pregnancy, your booking fee can be transferred to a new appointment of the same treatment. You will have 18 months to re-book your appointment at the clinic. Please note proof of pregnancy may be requested

​

 

LATE ARRIVALS

 

We kindly request you to arrive on time for your appointment. The clinic is very busy, often getting booked up months in advance. We run on a very strict appointment schedule and are unlikely to be able to accommodate late arrivals. Your treatment time may have to be reduced or rescheduled to another date. If the treatment has to be moved, the cancellation policy will apply and full treatment cost will be due

​

 

ALLERGIES

 

Please inform us of any known allergies when booking your appointment. If you are unsure if the treatment is suitable due to an allergy, please reach out before booking. If you have a bee sting allergy you will be unable to have any filler treatments

​

 

MEDICATIONS

 

If you have booked an appointment and have since been prescribed new medication please let us know as soon as possible, but at least 48 hours before your appointment as it may mean we need to reschedule your treatment. There are some treatments you cannot have when on medications such as antibiotics so please always check with us first. If you turn up to your appointment without disclosing this to us in advance we may not be able to carry out your treatment and our cancellation policy will apply

BOTOX REVIEWS

 

If you have booked a Botox appointment please ensure you book your two week Botox review for 2-4 weeks after your initial appointment. This is available to do free of charge by following the 'Botox review' option via the booking system. You can book this in at the same time you book your initial appointment. We are unable to do Botox reviews after this window has passed

PROFHILO

 

Profhilo is a two stage treatment, with the sessions carried out 4 weeks apart. If you are booking in a single treatment on the system you must ensure you book your second appointment as soon as possible. As the clinic gets booked up months in advance, If you wait until you’ve had your first treatment to book your second it is unlikely you will be able to secure an appointment in 4 weeks

​

 

POLYNUCLEOTIDES

 

Polynucleotides is a 2 stage treatment, with the sessions carried out 4 weeks apart. If you are booking in a single treatment on the system you must ensure you book your next appointments as soon as possible. As the clinic gets booked up months in advance, If you wait until you’ve had your first treatment to book your second it is unlikely you will be able to secure an appointment in 4 weeks

​

 

SEVENTY HYAL

 

Seventy Hyal is a three stage initial treatment, with each session carried out 4 weeks apart. If you are booking in a single treatment on the system you must ensure you book your next appointments as soon as possible. As the clinic gets booked up months in advance, If you wait until you’ve had your first treatment to book your second it is unlikely you will be able to secure an appointment in 4 weeks

POLICY ON CHILDREN / GUESTS

 

For insurance reasons, children are not allowed in the clinic under any circumstances. If you arrive with a child we unfortunately will be unable to carry out your treatment and the cancellation policy will apply and full treatment cost will be due

 

Please try to come to your appointment alone, if you must bring someone they will be asked to wait outside

​

 

POLICY ON PETS

 

We are unable to allow pets in the treatment rooms for hygiene and safety reasons

​

 

TREATMENTS DISCLAIMER

 

We always strive to work with you to achieve the best desired result. However, client results may vary and specific results are not guaranteed. This varies according to biological make up, diet and lifestyle. Please also note we may recommend a change in your treatment programme during your course of treatments to meet your individual needs. You will be sent aftercare information immediately after your appointment, for best results please ensure you follow this advice carefully

GIFT VOUCHERS

​

Gift Vouchers that have been purchased are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, they are valid for 12 months. When booking your appointment please state the voucher number and bring proof of your gift voucher to your appointment

​

 

COMPLAINTS POLICY

 

Complaints should be made by e-mail to hannahspenceaesthetics@gmail.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days
